I'm assuming you would say you are a member in order to see if the other person is a member also? If this is the case, and the other person is a real member, he/she would not have to say anything. However, if you asked them if they are an Eastern Star, they would have to respond to you in a certain way, which would let you know if they are really a member or not. Of course, only those who are truly Eastern Stars would know the answer to that question.
