Agreed, the diagram makes no sense, but it sounds like a question about corresponding angles. If J is an acute angle, the answer is 65 degrees. If J is an obtuse angle, the answer is 115 degrees.

Where is line p? Where is line q? Where is angle J?

If you are attempting to show the angle J to be below the bottom line in the same position as the 65 is below the top line, then J = 65 because they would be corresponding angles.

You might have drawn a transversal by using a bunch of /'s to make it a little bit more clear.
