Unless something went wrong during the abortion you can get pregnant at anytime there after.. My husbands cousin was dating a girl who became pregnant with the 1st month of them dating they had an abortion and within a couple of months they was in the same predicument as before they once again had an abortion, and I think it was 8-9 months later she was pregnant again.. They decided they would keep this baby but sadly lost it to a miscarriage.. So the answer to your question yes you can get pregnant after an abortion. There is no time limit on how long it can take. It could take weeks or it could take years..

Yes you can get pregnant again...If you had an abortion why would you be concerend about how long it would take to get pregnant again? Are you planning on using abortion as a form of birth control?

If she's on the pill - and using condoms, then it's very unlikely that she's pregnant. However, if she is concerned that she's pregnant, I'm willing to bet that she's lying about using birth control. Frankly, she doesn't seem the honest type. No, she wouldn't be having symptoms yet - but she may still have the pregnancy hormone in her body after the abortion. It can take up to 6-8 weeks to clear (I think?). I do feel sorry for her - relationships can be difficult, and you can't control who you fall for. But you can control what you do about it, especially when you have children to consider too.

Im confused as why you would want to if you had an abortion in the first place. I would think this would be the last thing on your mind.

yes,i got pregnant about 6 months after my abortion.then i had another child 18 monts after that one.so as long as you had a safe abortion and take care of your body you shouldnt have any problems.

Surely you can get pg again...my cousin had one and several years and a great husband later, she has 3 beautiful children.
HOWEVER...if you just had an abortion just a little while ago, do you really want to get pg again? Make sure it's what you want before producing another innocent life and suddenly taking it away.

If you had an abortion that means you are very likely NOT MARRIED. So why would you want to RISK pregnancy again?
Wait until you are married when pregnancy is a welcome joy and not a burden to rid yourself of.
Yes, pregnancy after an abortion is possible and happens many times. Just wait till you are married. And if you do get pregnant after you are married tell your doctor about what happened when you were single and careless. He/she may want to monitor your pregnacy a bit more closely for any possible problems.

Yes, you can get pregnant again, especially if it's been a year and a half.
You might visit your gyn or Planned Parenthood for more answers and birth control.
