I separate the stone with egg from mother fish. If let them stay together the mother fish will eat all the eggs.

I separate the mother fish from the eggs. It is 3 days now, I saw the cloud around the eggs. Is it normal?

Well, first of all two fish would have had to be involved for the eggs to be viable. The eggs are fertilized by the male after the female lays them.

Second, just keep the water clean and at the same temperature as you have the tank normally, no adjustment is needed. You will want to have a gentle water flow over the eggs to keep them clean and oxygenated.

How long it takes for the eggs to hatch varies depending on temperature, but around 48-60 hours is a good standard.

you should not seperate the eggs from the parents as they will take care of them all u can do is
1) move the other fishes to another tank (ofcourse if u can, without disturbing the tank)
2) feed the parents sufficiently so tht they dont eat the eggs
3) enough oxygen by keeping the filters and oxygen pump on for more time

If you took the stone out of the water the eggs might have died, keep the water temperature stable and just let the eggs do their thing
