cant sleep. got up sunday at 3-pm and as a result of insomia. now as a result of oversleeping I cannot sleep. Viscious cycle, but here I am,
P.S if your up early worring about or dreading your job today, why not spend the time putting together a good c.v, getting it checked by sokmeone else (either a person you know who will be honest, or a professional cv writing company) and then start applying for new jobs. Your last few days at your current job will feel so much better and easier when you know your days are numbered.
Try webistes like the guardian and look under jobs, monster, or even your universitied website can offer things- if you went to uni also try prospects.co.uk which offers adivice on new jobs and if all else fails, go to the job centre, millions of jobs at minimum wage.

Where is everybody? Only some of the answerers have said where they are in the world. Sounds like you're in, or close to, the UK.

Yes it is 3.06am for me too. I am just an old insomniac, I never sleep, well I do of course, about 4 hours out of 24. I do a lot of my `paper-work` at night, that frees up the day for more pleasant tasks.

had a great day today! superb 'barbie' and now everyone chipped off to bed! got a little fire going in the garden still, tinnies in the fridge the sky looks good and clear, takes me back to my travelling days! all i need now is a beach and my board..... sorry mate I'm not working today! x
