Well parents know best.. You need to listen to her and really try to understand where she is coming from.. Some guys turn there back on there child and the mother the minute they are born.. Your mom is just wanting to protect you from something happening.. You will be 18 soon enough.. Stay where you are and enjoy your mom being there for you.. The daddy can still be a big part of the pregnancy..

Ok you're 17 and pregnant. Just think of it this way, you have less than a year before you turn 18. Even thought you may not think your parents know anything you'd be surpised at the amount of stuff they do know. Obviously, you aren't mature enought to make the right choices or else you wouldnt be 17 and pregnant. Just stay with your parents until you turn 18. You may find out that you need them more than you think.

I don't think any judge in their right mind would emancipate a minor because they want to shack up with their baby-daddy and their parents won't let them. Emancipation is a last resort for minors who are being abused and/or neglected, not for unwed teenage moms who want to compound their errors.
You can become quickly emancipated by marrying said baby-daddy. How's that for a solution?

never accessible. Emancipation is approximately self help. till you have a job which will pay you a minimum of $1500.00 a month to instruct you may help your self, you haven't any longer any risk at emancipation. Emancipation additionally demands which you instruct to a choose you may make mature judgements. slicing your self and being suicidal proves you're no longer able to handle your person existence. you haven't any longer any risk at emancipation.

It is possible to become emancipated anywhere in the U.S. All YOU have to do is move in with your boyfriend and that will do it...However don't expect your mother to have to support you or furnish you with anything other than what you leave with as you will no longer be HER responsibility.

I don't recommend moving in with the BF but in most states you are considered emancipated while pregnant but once you have the baby you are back to being a minor.

Obtaining Emancipated Minor status is possible almost anywhere.
However, that will cut you off from your parents permanently... Think about it as a divorce. A particularly acrimonious one at that. It will be *years* before your relationship will return to normal, and even then, you are no longer legally their daughter in many ways.

yes, you can become emancipated, but at 17 i do not think she could stop you, call an attorney and ask, it will not cost anything to ask, but i think you move out and your mom must make first move, then you can fight her in court, but you could have the whole thing post poned enough that you will be 18
