Well I'd have to say Burger King, the only problem I ever had at a McDonalds was when they had only one person on register being trained by the manager, so there was a reeally long line, and then before we were waited on he changed the sign over from breakfast to lunch even though some of us had been there 15 minutes already (breakfast is really their best meal) so most of us got disgusted and walked out when he refused to serve breakfast any longer. And I havn't gone back to that resteraunt since. Burger King has a problem giving you a LARGE tea when you get a large value meal, it just doesn't get through their skulls if you give a large coffee with that meal, you should get a large tea. Also since they did away with access to the coffee or hot water, so you can't get a refill (the cup costs teh resteraunt more than what you put in it) So I usually just get a sandwich. Although I think it stinks that they add a surcharge for eating in the resteraunt to equal the extra charge for packaging when you use the drive through. My advice is check out the local dollar stores or discount deli sections in the grocery stores, they are just as clean and often better quality and price, and you have a better selection, not some frozen blob in a bag out of a crate that is microwaved and glopped together with dehydrated vegetables and mayonaise of questionable safety. Forgot to add, you should NEVER get a fish or chicken sandwich with mayo/tartar sauce an hour or two after the lunch or supper rush hour, order it special made without so you know it's fresh and no salmonella/food poisoning. That is the advice of people I have known who worked there. I had a lobster loaf sandwich at a New Hampshire McDonalds that just about made me crap my britches in Bangor the next day (driving around on potholed streets didn't make it any better). I only went to Denny's once and luckily I wasn't restricted on time, took forever to get a glass of water, coffee small and wretched compared to McD's (don't drink the coffee at Burger King, that's why I have tea there instead). And since seniors get a refill at McD's they have a better crowd, the more coffee people drink, the more likely they are to come there to start with, and more likely they are to buy food. there was talk McD's would serve breakfast meals all day, it would be a smart move if they did.

I guess it depends what time you walk in there. For me its always been McDonalds the most, one time we went in there and ordered 6 hamburgers...well, we got the hamburgers and that was all!! 6 meat patties!! Another time we went through drive thru and got a cheeseburger with 3 bites taken out of it! I work at Dairy Queen and I know for a fact that we aren't aloud to serve ANY type of food thats been in the customers hand (even the ketchup packets) after they return them, so I really don't go to McDonalds anymore. As far as slow or fast I think it just depends on what time of the day you go in there

I never get good service. I'm still trying to figure out why it's called fast food as I never get my food fast!!!! Could they possibly work any slower if they tried, and that is at all the chains. I like a place called the Red Rooster in Brewster, NY. It's privately owned and you get good service and much better food.

Hmm. I've actually had bad service at most of them. Arby's is super slow. Wendy's and Taco Bell usually get my order wrong, and McDonalds consistently gives me unsweet tea when they think they are handing me sweet tea.

Dunkin Donuts, those people are idiots. I once had a lady come up to me and ask me how can I help you and then turned and walked away before I had a chance to say anything. I think there's only one nice person I've ever had wait on me at a Dunkin Donuts, but I love their coffee so I suffer.

Friendly's is like that very consistently.

I went there once with some relatives. After a long delay they served us half-sized portions. When we asked why, they said they were short handed in the kitchens so for a speedup they were only putting half the food on each platter.

Jack n the box is the only fast food place I can go to where I don't even have to double check the bag...much nicer.
