I used to,but don't anymore.
For the sake of myself,i decided it is better to bother with it.
It can be an obessive thing that leads to starvation.lmao

Some dogs, as far as I know, are just really picky about going. the chin thing, unless shes losing fur, probably isnt an issue. The peeing/pooing thing, well, a vet should know, though I dont think is a problem either.
