The young adult novel, or Voltaire's book on the goth subculture? I flipped through the novel once at Borders and it was ok I guess. I didn't see anything that really wowed me, except I feel they went into way too much detail about a first kiss at one point.

Voltaire's book is pretty good. I don't think it's something I'd read regularly, so I never bought it. But, Voltaire has that great ability to say "yeah, we're kinda funny" and run with it. We are a funny subculture sometimes, and that's ok.
