A lot of people feel like that and share your state without having a reason to. Sometimes sadness can install with no reason, but the truth is that if you look deep into a situation, there's got to be a reason for it. Even if the reason isn't visible to you at first, the fact that you're troubled is a sign that something deep inside must be wrong. So I'd suggest analyzing your feelings and trying to see what is causing them in the first place.

If you can't find their origin and you can't get rid of this depressed mood, then why not use it to your advantage? You already seem very aware that you have no reason to be depressed so that's one of the first steps that will help you get rid of this state. Try to use this sadness as a motivation and change all this negative energy in you and all these thoughts into something positive by creating! A lot of people usually create when they feel melancholic, so why not start writing poems, or painting or exploiting photography? Find your own way of expressing and getting rid of depression (even if it is just a shallow/false type of depression) through art. And I'm telling you, the knowledge that you're doing something positive with it will comfort you and will make you feel much better. Turning it into something positive and gaining creativity AND happiness through it will gradually cure you, trust me. :)

well if you are feeling unloved then clearly your life is not as good as it could be!!!!! Love. keep it real is the lack of love causing the void in your life or is there some thing going wrong that you are in denial about . Depression is usually caused by something unbalanced in your life. If you are sure there is nothing going on you might be bipolar. So do some soul searching and be honest with yourself. deep inside you should know whats wrong take your time and try to figure it out!!!!!!!if that dose not work seek professional help.

Sounds like you might need a holiday, change of scenery. If your life is pretty good it sounds like a huge lump of 'Boredom'. Start exercising to get the feel good chemicals in the brain happening, fresh air in the lungs to put oxygen in the blood and you will find yourself feeling awake and alive in no time.
Unloved, go to your mirror look at yourself and say "I love you", this will then translate over to others and you will start receiving nice messages from those around you.
Do something so outside your comfort zone it will put a smile on your face and in your life everytime you think of it.
A friend of mine was shouted a parachute jump for her birthday, she still has the biggest grin when she talks/thinks about it.
Mild bouts of depression are normal and usually pass in a short period of time. If it starts to interfere with your life then get to the Doctor straight away.
Be happy ",)

Sometimes we feel depressed and can't figure out why. It may be a chemical imbalance if you continue to feel this way without any particular reason. If it comes and goes, it could just be something small that is bothering you or even feeling like your not challenged enough in your job, but if it lasts for a month or longer, I'd talk to your Doctor about it.
