The only way to know for sure is to get a blood test.

While your symptoms may seem like you are possibly pregnant, it could be the changes in your hormone levels due to your up-coming menstration that are giving you these phantom symptoms. Coming from my own experience, i've noticed that anytime my period is slightly late, i usually have the same symptoms you described. I've even had spotting, (which freaked me out) but, i tested myself, & was not pregnant. Over the counter tests are usually not as accurate as the tests doctors use, But, they're still dependable. There are tests that can determine if you're pregnant even before you miss your period. in addition, you've listed all these symptoms, but you haven't mentioned the most important part: When was the last time you had Unprotected sex?? Thats another way you can chart what is going on with your body. I wouldn't be too worried, but, if you're really worried, go to a doctor or free clinic and find out for sure if you are or not; Don't just sit there and stress yourself out by trying to self diagnose.

Being late might be because your worried about being pregnant.
1. Breast Tenderness can be because of anything. They usually don't grow until later.
2. You might have caught something so your not feeling good, or your stressing yourself out enough to make yourself sick.
3. I don't know about the toilet thing. I never did when I was first pregnant.

Your best bet to know is go have a blood test. That will make sure your not or you are.

I think its very possible. I know many woman who were very pregnant but it took extra long for the stick test to be positive. I would goto a dr and have a blood test done, thats the most accurate. Either way, your 12 days late, if your not pregnant you should probably make sure there are no other problems.
