I have been testing for three days and it keep being negative. I am always VERY regular. Can it be a false negative? any thoughts? shall I test again tomorrow morning? wait ?

Home Pregnancy Tests are usually not accurate until you are 6 - 10 weeks along, in spite of what the packs might say. A blood test done at the doctor's will tell from 3 weeks pregnant. My sister was 9 1/2 weeks pregnant and still getting a false negetive from a home pregnancy test. Her pregancy was confirmed by ultrasound.
But then stress and other factors can delay the period and have nothing to do with being pregnant, so it might be worthwhile waiting a little while before testing again.

The home pregnancy tests are usually acurate after your period is missed. But can still be neagitve for up to a week later.
A test that will tell you 100% right now is a blood test that can be performed at the doctors office. They draw blood and test the blood for the same hormone as the stick do but they can detexct much smaller amounts so they can let you know earlier.

I would wait at least 3-4 days before testing again and use the first morning pee. If it still comes up negative go to your doctor. There could be another reason for the missed period.

It is more accurate if you wait before you are at least a week late before you test again. I am usually very regular and one time I was sick and unhealthy which resulted in a late period. Just wait and see.

I was the same way so what I did was went to the doctor to make sure because that is really the only way you will know. And you should go and do that so if you are you can do everything right so your baby will be alright.

WELL, YOU CANT REALLY TRUST THE HOME TESTS 100% LIKE THE OTHER PERSON SAID, WAIT TILL UR PERIOD IS A WEEK LATE, AND GO TO THE DOCTORS, ARE YOUR DOING SOMETHING DIFFERENT IN YOUR LIFESTYLE?? MAYBE THATS Y ITS LATE FROM MEDICATIONS AND SUCH EXCERSISE

its stress my period is usually regular and it has been 6 mmonths late and i never had sex so its usuall to be irregular it could be stress but if it doesnt come 4 a long long time then its possibles it a medical problem
