Im doing a presentation on cruel and unusual punishment. I can find cases where a punishment is cruel, but I cant find a case where a punishment is unusual.

Just try Ontario Canada, in regard to your question, apply to courts for transcripts by using the Freedom of Information Act as a tool. It will be available for a small fee.
