She is very pretty. Anyone that says she isn't is probably wishing to look like her; she just needs some self-confidence ;-D

I think your sister should stop worrying so much. By looking at the pictures she seems like a very pretty young girl who has a natural beauty to her. I'm sure she has nothing to worry about as long as she has a good personality to go with the looks.
