NO, the Jewish people and the nation of Israel have almost no influence on the politicians of any nation in the Middle East. The Arabs, are ruled by the Royal Family and they don't have elections so Israel can't prevent the Arabs from holding high office at all.
You are confusing Israel with Syria. Syria has been trying to take over Lebanon for years and they are behind a 20-year assassination plan to kill any effective Lebanonise leaders. Thus insuring the nation remains weak and letting terrorists organizations like Hezbollah retain control over large sections of the country.
Besides you need to consider what would happen if Israel were caught trying to influence the politics in the Middle East. For the first time in history all the nations of the Middle East would rise and attack Israel; even Egypt, which has signed a peace treaty that has been in effect since Jimmy Carter helped to create it. The risk of doing something so stupid would be too much for Israel to ignore. The biggest thing that has saved them is that the nations of the Middle East aren’t united and won’t form a coordinated attack against them. If they got caught doing something so blatant they would be destroyed and the entire world would sit buy and egg the Middle East nations in that war.
There is no doubt that through the actions of Mosad and other organizations the Israelis have influence in the government of foreign nations, but this it limited to the extent of bribing officials and gathering intelligence. The USSR did a far better job of penetrating the US government than the US ever did. The famous inventor Tesla was a Soviet Spy and the US never knew. He was even imprisoned by Stalin for a year and then returned to the US. No one suspected he was a Soviet Spy until KGB records about him were read in the last decade. With all of this ability the Soviets never tried to stop Regan from coming into power. Nor did they try to stop Nixon and he was on the famous Joe Macarthy’s anticommunist Senate committee. You can argue that the Soviet’s may have been involved in the assassination of President Kennedy, but most people doubt it and the conspiracy nuts that do believe it are attracted by the idea of a conspiracy and don’t understand things like human nature. It has been said that two people can keep a secret, if one of them is dead. If anyone knew anything about the assassination of President Kennedy, and if they had any sort of proof then imagine how much the tabloids would pay for it. Imagine the book deals and the talk show circuit, who would also be willing to pay. If someone knew more than the general public knew they could become millionaires for revealing it. Add that to the natural human nature to brag and gossip and I doubt the secret could have been kept this long.
For the same reason Israel would not dare to be caught in trying to influence the government of a Middle Eastern nation.

No. I think there is always at least one Arab in the Knesset.
And to the idiot who says 99% of Israeli Arabs can't vote, that is not true. All Arab CITIZENS of Israel have full and equal rights as Israelis.

I would hope so. The Jews are not stupid people, and the last thing they-or the rest of the world needs is these clowns in positions of power. Other than head waiter at the al-dildo spa and flea ranch in tehran.

Of course! Have you seen standard operating procedures for countries with high levels of immigration of Islamic peoples? They fill political offices, have a vote when they reach majority, and make it an Islamic country and immediately pass laws suppressing every other group or dissent.
Why would Israel want that for itself. You think Israeli intelligence doesn't read the holy books of Islam to see what Islam itself claims is lawful and holy for them to do?
My family is formally Islamic. Never again. If it were smaller, it would be called a cult.

Israelis try to keep people whose goal is the destruction of Israel from obtaining power. Seems entirely reasonable to me.
