Let me think.......when I would dance slow w/my lover I would be in heaven, twirling about in his arms. When I would rock out then it was freeing, letting go of the requirements of being what you should be and instead being what you wanted to be.
When I was little and I would dance w/my daddy standing on his shoes I was the princess at the ball.

Since your stirring up memories of dancing, plant your mind around this. It's 1975, I am fresh out of high school. My high school sweetheart and I are out on our first date as legal adults. We go to this night club called... Uncle Sam's. They have a lighted dance floor and it's a disco club for the most part. The first slow song came up.. Eagles, Cant tell you why! I had so many new emotions flowing thru my heart and head, i felt so intoxicated with feelings for this lovely creature. I soon married her.
