Everyone is wrong, Lucius is BEAUTIFUL I LOVE it if pronounced correctly. Rasputia is pretty, but makes me think that it is a female version of Rasputin which is not good considering the history of the name. If your are considering these names never take any opinions but your own in the end. The child is yours and with the names these days I doubt your child would "hate" you or want to change their name later in life. As for Diane who changed her name from Muriel you should have stuck with the first one, much pretty and a classic name!

Rasputia would be bad, because you're naming your kid after the sorcerer Rasputin. And he was a evil Russian dude who some suspected was a witch.

First of all rasputin is a victim of one belief overpowering another. In his case, he lost and history are written by the winners and the powerful.
you can name your child Rasputia if you can teach her how to use it to her good.
What will you do if your name is Rasputia and your in-front of other kids?

That doesn't matter what their names are to me personally. My friend had twins and she named them Rasputia and Ramsey. Its whatever you like!
