I would say throughout the course of my life it has been a sliding scale from zero to say around 5 at its worst. I just have to constantly remind myself when it gets bad that it is just another one of lifes challenges and i just have to grit my teeth and bare it the best way I know how. Sooner or later with a positive outlook I know i will get better and grow stronger. However it is not always easy, that is for sure!
