I think so, it wont be anytime soon as we are still trying to fix the mess in Iraq...Unless they really piss us off it may be sooner.

I think America is on a crusade and sooner or later they will provoke another war.

Iran is a much larger country than Iraq though. I think they will use trade sanctions first and try to get an insurgency going. They will only invade when they are invited to do so.

I thought the arrest of the UK sailors was going to be a flashpoint but luckily Iran seemed to understand the situation.

Only in the newspapers. The U.S. forces are way too extended to embark upon a new expedition such as this. And, they're openly complaining. This is something that is new and basically, grounds for insubordination. But, the problems are so wide-spread that it's being accepted.

There's the recent problems with Walter Reed medical center and the way the vets are being treated or mistreated. The shady tactics the Army has used to recall soldiers who hadn't resigned their commissions to try to boost the numbers of the ranks. Then the story that the army was writing pro war letters and signing the names of soldiers to them without their knowledge. Donald Rumfeld was arrogant and will possibly be the first secretary of defense to be put on trial.

I think a few in the administration want to, but I do not.

I believe we should get wide spread agreement for sanctions that cripple them financially. Then start a dialog on terrorism sponsored in Iran and Nuclear program other than electric generation.

We shouldn't ask for too much but we should also realize their actions are counter to diplomacy.

With all the war in Iraq, we don't have a real moral high ground in the middle east.

Very unlikely. Although you'll see frequent provocations, it wouldn't be a responsible action from part of the current US administration, for all the consequences involved that such an action would be left to the next administration.
By the other hand, the liberation of he UK soldiers make Iranians to be seen by the world als the "good guys"
