How large is your pond and do you ever have wading birds hanging around? It's not uncommon for fish eggs to stick to wading birds feet and be carried from one body of water to the next. This is especially true if there are other bodies of water not too far away from you. Could these be native fish that have been carried in this way? It's possible of course that they are ornamental fish from another nearby pond also carried this way. The fin structure sounds more like goldfish than a native species, but it could happen.

It's also possible something you did put in the pond bred and you are seeing the babies.

merely enable nature run its direction. In some weeks the tadpoles will the two grow to be toads or frogs and hop away or they are going to be eaten by potential of the two the goldfish or different predators as tadpoles. In some weeks, they should not be a challenge. bear in mind that toads and frogs are a considered necessary portion of our surroundings that are regrettably turning out to be a very uncommon sight now - they function foodstuff for many different animals (consisting of fish!) and help on insect pest administration. they are an indication that the ambience is healthful and flourishing. it fairly is going to be no longer common to internet them with out stressful the fish in any case, yet once you may please launch them in an area pond or lake, or provide them to somebody who will. thank you!

the birds that go to your pond go to other ponds as well and get fish eggs stuck on there feet and could have transferred the new fish to your pond.. Happens all the time.
