Because you feel there is no resolution.
i felt that was until I came upon a harsh truth: my depression was self-generated.
Once I determined the cause of that depression, I have been able to keep it at bay for four years

Wow with all these questions about crying and sadness you must be really depressed. Depression, in my opinion, lasts, because it is something that deeply hurts you-a wound on the outside that will nto heal

Just feels that way.....most depressions last up to 6 months. I learned that in abnormal psych class in college this year. Passing on the info. :)

its mind over matter- only u can stop urself from being depressed! and it doesn't last forever- i am no longer depressed! i live a wonderfully happy life!

It just seems to last forever, because you feel so bad when your suffering from it.

It will lift eventually.... it just feels like it won't while you are in the middle of it.....
Do get some professional help- it will change your life....

because it doesn't ever leave you...I've been through it & even though I am better now it's like it leaves its "mark" on you..
