It depends. Be a student where? Be a teacher where?
Elementary school: Teacher. I love little kids.
Middle School: Student. I'd hate teaching the same thing each period.
High School: Teacher. I know a high school teacher, and she says it's challenging and she enjoys it.
College: Student. Hands down.

It depends in what, but I'd probably rather be the student so I can leave at any time. I would go nuts trying to teach people, especially kids. I would be that crazy teacher on the news who flipped out and threw a kid out of a three story window.

At this time of my life knowing what I know now I would have to say I would like to be the student, and i would actually act better and not be so mean as I was in school.
