to replace my school of Tiger Barbs? They are making life miserable for my other fish. I have a 30 gal tank with 2 dwarf gouramis, 3 rosy barbs, and an iridescent shark. The Tigers are being moved to another tank because they keep nipping the others. Why didn't the schooling thing work with them? I thought in a school of 5 or more they'd leave everybody else alone. I have 5. I'd like a really cool fish or another school that can get along with the tankmates.

That Iridescent shark is pretty big if I remember your other posts correctly. I would suggest something large enough not to be eaten :) Maybe a few lemon tetras or a school of Congo tetras.

I just discovered this really cool columbia tetra. They school, are about the same size as tiger barbs but are the nicest fish I could ever have. AND... They are really beautiful! shiny silver with a blue colored back and a red tail fin. Nice fish.
