Its kinda a hard question to answer but, ill go with Rasheed Wallace. Even though he doesnt score 30 a game, he impacts the game tremendously. Rip Hamilton as well. Josh Howard is somewhat underrated.

Current players: I'd pick David Lee of the Knicks. He's a second round pick who averaged a double-double (points and rebounds) off the bench and actually helped the Knicks' playoff hopes.
