Apologize to her.
And plead guilty and make a deal with lawyers (especially the persecutor) and make sure you get less time in prison
and get espongement, so that your charge won't
get stuck on your criminal record all of your life.

And next time don't rape anybody, you better learn your lesson.

Don't contact her - it could be interpreted as intimidation and you could face more charges such as harrassment, assualt, trying to pervert the cause of justice and so on.

The best thing to do is hire good legal representation and prepare a strong defence. Rape is very hard to prove and if you are truly innocent, statistically you would probably get off. However if you are guilty I hope you get what's coming to you.

Any attempt to convince her to drop the charges will most likely be seen as harassment. If you are innocent then your best bet is to argue your case in court.

and now you get screwed....

even if you were innocent, you'd still be screwed. "To support a conviction under any of the charges listed in this chapter, no evidence is necessary save for a statement from the victim".

by the law, if she says you did it, you did it. you're toast.

and the previous posters are correct. if you contact her in any way that will be seen as an attempt to intimidate/coerce her to change her testimony.

If you try to force her to drop the charges that will be used against you in court...and then you will find new charges...

You JUST ADMITTED GUILT. The charges shouldn't be dropped. If it is a case of changing her mind after the fact, that's another story. But if she is willing to accuse you, I doubt there is anything you can do to change her mind.

Give her 10million bucks like Kobe Bryant or Michael Jackson did.

I agree with what they said before me. If you are innocent, the truth will set you free.

You can't. And any attempt to try would do more harm than good. Hire an attorney.
