Which title is best?

Question

I want the title of my novel to reflect the emotional pain of being separated from birth parents and how that emptiness is always there and constantly being tried to overcome; which title is most interesting?:

- The Inside Out
- Missing Piece
- Heart Ache
- The Need to be Filled

Well, maybe I would pick up a novel called The Need to be Filled, but for all the wrong reasons. On a more serious note, although I don't particularly like any of the options, Missing Piece is probably the best out of the 4 given, like the posters above me suggested. If I were you, however, I'd think of something else entirely. But then again, I'm not you.

I would say "Missing Piece" OR "The Inside Out."

Personally I'd say that I'd be more interested in picking up "The Inside Out," but that's just me.

Heart Ache sounds too cheesy.

The Need to be Filled is too long.

If your book gets published I'd read it. Seriously! Sounds good!

The Need to be Filled is the only one of the four that has not already been on the cover of a book. However, it isn't very creative.
