One thing? That ain't enough.
First I'd get my nose straightened and surgery to repair the damage my sinuses have collected due to illness.
I would want to lose weight and get strong.
Be a bit taller.
Have perfect eye sight. I wear glasses now.
Get that very slight hump outta my back.
Get my teeth bleached.
Not to be obscene, but have a bigger member.

Have a "flute players lip"...Its an indent under my bottom lip thats there because I've played flute for a while-Looks kind of weird, wish I could get rid of it, but at the same time I'm very proud of it :D

I have alot of little scars...other people dont really notice them, but I see them all and they drive me crazy
