Since I'm a mechanic, either don't bother me, but if i want to play, MANUAL. Much more room to use the power of the engine and much more feel.

I almost always drive a clutch, but since I've had to commute into a city with rush hour traffic, I find I prefer an automatic for that drive (in addition, I burnt out a clutch).

Rush hour aside, give me a clutch any day.

If the car is a four cylinder than it has to be a clutch. Six cylinder and higher I prefer an automatic

When I was young and dumb, I used ot like to drive a stick, now that I'm older, if I drive an auto then I don't spill near as many beers. Good luck

In NYC, an automatic. With all the traffic, your left leg would be dragging behind you by the time you get to where you're going.

automatic in any normal car such as my current jeep. But if I were to get a car thats more sporty I would go with the manual.
