It does. Some leaves and fruit grow on trees which are harvested into food and medicines, which in turn are traded for money....not to ention all the stuff that comes form wood and paper. All trees are money

Maybe it does. But other people are always beating me to it. By the time I get there, only the leaves remain. (And in the winter, even these are gone too!)
