My answer is based on the fact that red is the strongest color of the spectrum (ROY G BIV) Based on that, green is stronger than blue and blue is stronger than violet. So The Green Goblin would win.
Can I get the best answer now for using some logic to a silly question?

Evil never wins, so it can't be the Green Goblin. It would be a close call between the Purple Ninja turtles, and the Blue Power Ranger. Common sense says that since there are more than one turtle, and the odds are stacked against the Blue Power Ranger, however, my gut instinct tells me that the Blue Power Ranger would pull it out.
