Do a system restore. Go to start then click Help and Support Center, Under Pick a Task click on undo changes to your computer with a system restore then click restore to an earlier time and choose the date before your computer became infected. For viruses I always begin by trying a system restore, this will usualy get rid of the virus, however it does not get rid of all viruses so you may have to use other anti-viral programs to get rid of some viruses, I like to use AVG Free. It's free and can be downloaded from the site in minutes. See the link in my sources for more info on AVG Free and where to get it.

First of all, you should scan your computers for viruses with a piece of anti-virus software. If you do not have this already, there is commercial options like Norton Antivirus, McAfee, F-Secure ect. and even a few free online scanners (like "trend micro") that do not need to be installed on your computer!
To prevent further virus attacks, consider getting a program like Norton Internet Security, or likewise. Search for "firewall" with Google. There are plenty of options to choose from, all you need to do is search around a little.
If the antivirus program does not solve your problem, consider contacting a local person with knowledge within computers for support.

Either System Restore or an anti-virus program such as EZ Antivirus
If you have Windows, you should download Window's Defender from the MIcrosoft website.
Its really fast and protects your computer from unwanted programs and viruses
