No, I don't drive intoxicated or high. But I do know of 2 traffic lights in my city that do not turn green after 10pm. I always sit there contemplating if I should just make a left on red.

nope. I don't do drugs but I have, being distracted, done that at stop signs and also used stop lights as stop signs and therefore ran a red light...many times.
