rtchdcpl.exe illegal dll relocation. i didnt relacate nothing help

Go to Control Panel | Add and Remove Programs, check the Show Updates checkbox. Scroll down to Windows XP Updates. Find Update KB925602 and remove it from your system. The last MS autoupdate is causing the DLL error. You can always run Update to reinstall that update of it doesn't solve your problem.

restore you computer to an earlier date sounds like you have a DLL problem , DLL are not EXE files could be a virus there
