I've heard rumors that Rachel McAdams is the frontrunner to replace Katie Holmes in Batman: Dark Knight (2008). Is anyone else excited about this!?

It's actually Maggie Gylenhall and Heath Ledger is playing The Joker. It is going to be a great movie.

Batman's 'girl' is always generic to the plot so it really doesn't matter who plays her unless you are soley basing your answer on 'hot looks'...lol Then, sure. Let's see a new each time. Like in the Bond movies.
