I want to learn how to do a backflip! But every time I try to do it in the grass i get afraid that im going to hit my head. Is there any way to to me how to backflip? Please

Experts say that the most difficult thing about the backflip is overcoming the fear of doing it. If you’re hesitant to do it. Try getting a spotter who’d help you do some assisted flips first. It wouldn’t hurt if you get an expert (a trained gymnast would be really great) to help you out.

Here’s how:

If your vertical leap isn’t that good, you might want to practice on a trampoline first.
Jump as high as you can vertically, pushing off through your toes. Put your whole body (including your arms) into it.
Just as you reach the peak of your jump, tuck your arms either behind or in front of your knees.
Pull your body through.
Spot your landing and try to land properly.
Bend your knees to reduce landing shock.

yes there is a way....well 2 ways actually. either get a swing and go really high and flip, get a trampuliene and jump high and flip.

be careful please. My little brother died from back flip and he is only 8. he tried it for first time and he broke his neck. =/
