Sea Turtles are all endangered species. I hope that you will do the right thing and contact your local zoo or university. Your sea turtle had very little chance of surviving in captitvity.Please do what you can to help this precious animal get returned to the wild.

I hope you have a sutable enclosuer for it. I've never seen anyone keep those things befor. As one other person said on here... hopefully you have a licence to do this. Otherwise since you posted this here your busted. I think females have shorter tails.
