Here's what works for me...WALKING. Walk everywhere. Riding my bike and my favorite, playing frisbee.
I've slimmed down from 200 lbs, with a 36 inch waist to 180lbs and a 32 inch waist. Nice solid muscle too!

lifting light weights....when you use light weight with many repetitions you burn the fat around whatever mucle you are working.....i like to use dumbells that are 6lbs and work my triceps by lifting them over my head about 50 times or doing bicep curls with 10lb dumbells about 50 times their are many different exercises but make sure you use extremely light weights
