He'll never get out of Iraq in his term until the Democrat cut off funding which 75% of America approves of he, hasn't gotten Al Capone to tell him what to do, but just keep sending in more troops to be slaughtered. They think if they keep sending more troops on then the Democrat will give the funds without them signing that all troops will be home in 2008. They think the people are fools and will turn against the Democrat's just like they turned on them for starting a war that was built on lies. But they have another think coming either sign that the troops will be home in 2008 or forget the funds. Their completely nuts and have no shame., they could care less how many die for a war of lies.

Bush has talked himself into a corner on this one. Essentially, he can't ever withdraw troops now -- but I don't think he has any desire to ever do so either.

After pulling our troops down in Saudi Arabia (a wise move, I think) we were left without a lot of basing options for the region. So, planting our military on top of the second largest proven reserves of oil of in the world (second only to the Saudis) became the next choice.

However, I expect that whoever is elected in 2008, Republican or Democrat, will begin a drawdown of U.S. troops, though I doubt any of the candidates would actually pull out of the country entirely.

There is no chance for victory, now. i thought victory was accomplished when we captured Sadam(even though we put him in power, and this war has nothing to do with 9/11) Now the troops have to stay still, to rebuild and conquer everyone who hates the U.S.

the safe bet would be just to leave Iraq and Impeach Bush and Cheney

almost any when the liberal extremists get out of the way, stop trying to fight the war from washington to gain political favors with special interests and let the generals win the war as they should.
