As others have said, you can develop breasts through hormone therapy. You'll get breasts from estrogen alone, may get better development from the addition of a progesterone, and will get the fastest, best results by adding an antiandrogen.

A warning, though, that these all come with risks. Estrogen therapy carries a risk of deep vein thrombosis, liver toxicity, loss of libido, elevated potassium levels. The most common anti-androgen can result in a profoundly depressed libido and a reduced potency in one's erections.

Transwomen often find this to be a positive effect, but you say you're a man. Given that this is the GLBT area, I'd guess that you're a gay man wanting to look more feminine. If so, you're not alone--many gay males do this--estrogens can do this, inducing some breast growth, softening one's skin, and reducing body and forearm hair growth, and by carefully modulating the dosages, you can retain sexual potency.

It does take a while. Full development of the breasts takes years, but the other positive effects, softening of th skin and hair reduction, those can happen a littl emore quickly.

You will need to keep in mind that once the breast development occurs, it is permanent. The breasts don't go away when you go off estrogen, unless you do so very early on in the process.

Think about this before you do anything, then see a qualified endocrinologist.

Why would a Man want to grow breasts, you did say your a man or are you TG in which that would make a really big difference. If your TG and want breasts your age will have a lot to do with whether or not hormones will work. If your over 30 your only option would be implants and no reputable DR. in the US will perform that procedure without proof of you transitioning from MTF.

Talk to a professional in these matters. They'd be able to reccomend the right treatment for you. Maybe talk to someone who's a professional in sex changes but tell them that you only want to grow breasts, but not completely become a woman.

And I'm kinda assuming you want to grow breasts on YOUR chest.

Either hormones or implants. I've considered both and done neither so far, but they're both options.
