Yeah, they randomly find you and you won a lottery you didn't enter. Usually when I win the lottery they always ask me to give them more money too. hope you were joking or looking for a funny response when you asked this question. If not if you send me all the money you have I'll sell you my winning lotto ticket worth 100 million.
