Took two paracetamol today but threw them straight up. Feeling better now, but would like to know in case there is a next time.

Drink a huge glass of water before you go to bed. Hangovers are mostly caused by dehydration. When you wake up in the morning, take a multivitamin and a paracetamol. Make sure you have some breakfast and take a nice, long, hot shower.

You should feel fine after all that, or maybe just a little tired.

As alcohol dehydrates your body try drinking a glass of water between alcoholic drinks. the next morning drink plenty of fluids and maybe take something for a headache. Then give time time as the alcohol will be out o your system in 24 hours.

Instead of drinking to get drunk, have one drink then and ice water with lemon, then another drink . Alternate. Your intake of alcohol will be greatly reduced.

Avoid any sweet drinks. I learned that when I dated a Bartender. Learn to love non sweet drinks. The sugar and alcohol combined with the excess is what makes you sick.

I personally learned to love Scotch and that is the only thing I drink, When I do.

gatoraid, antacids, solid foods low in acid grease or fat, tylanol and sleep. Sorry there is no actual cure for a hangover other than replacing the nutrients your body lost rest and time

Hangovers are very difficult to cure with home remedies, and should be prevented/cured with real working cures. Hangoff works well for this.

take asprin before you go to sleep it might help before you wake up if you wake up with a head ache take 2 more and lay down with a wash cloth with cold water over your eyes
