Viruses, registry errors--Seems like everybody and his duck is offering them today. Are any of them worth the time? Are any of them dangerous? I also wonder why at least some of them wouldn't show a lot of bogus errors just to sell their products. Your thoughts?

most so called online scans are just ways of selling you useless software by scare mongering only do an online scan if you know the company that's doing it and you trust them as well as the company being well known
