LMAO I almost CRIED, I was laughing so hard! I'm a Sens fan and to watch BOTH Montreal and Toronto get eliminated made me laugh!
everyone from the Toronto media said the Isles were dead a week ago, and they stormed back to steal the 8th spot! That was so beautiful! and in the shootout too! which is even more funny cause most of the Leaf fans hate the shootout! so its just salt in the wound!
Leafs fans can say all they want about the Sens, but at least WE ARE GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!

I agree with Rockford. Even with a spot in the playoffs on the line, that was a dull game--until the end.
No, I'm not laughing at the Leaf's I feel bad for them and their great city.
The Hab's had it last night, a win and they were in the dance, they lost, the Leaf's did all they could and still lost. I know a lot of people hate the Leafs and any other team for that matter, but I still think they deserved a spot and I'm not happy they're out.
I think the first round between Buffalo and Toronto would have been legendary.

Couldn't have asked for a better finish to the season, Toronto beating Montreal to eliminate the Habs and then the Islanders putting the Leafs out the next day. As stupid as the Leaf owners are, even they must see that John Ferguson Jr. cannot and will not ever be able to do the job.

No only because I was at the Devils/Islanders game and I was dying to see the reaction on all the Islanders fans faces when they got eliminated. You should've seen the look on their faces when Madden scored the tying goal with less than a second remaining, LOL. Unfortunately it wasn't to be. Sorry Leafs!

Kind of makes you wonder if God has something against the Leafs. I bet Leafs fan thought they had karma working for them when John Madden scored the tying goal in the final second of the game. Talk about getting teased.

The Leafs got what they deserved. 2 years out of the playoffs with Feguson as the GM. The need to blow up that team and start from scratch. Get rid of Sundin, Tucker and McAbe.

Are you serious? Are you telling me you want to continue to watch boring games like todays Devils/Islanders game in cities that don't care about hockey? That was a pathetic display of hockey compared to the Leafs/Montreal game.
