Find out what is your weight restrictions & towing capacity on the Odyssey. Should be a tag somewhere by the door where vin & other info is posted. Don't exceed those ratings, watch your gauges (slow down on hills, turn off your a/c on long grades) & you will be fine. Just have the vehicle inspected by your mechanic before setting out on the trip.

Depends on what's in the U-Haul trailer. If you don't still have your owner's manual, check with the Odyssey dealer to find out how much you can safely tow. To get from Tn to Wa, you'll have to go over a couple of mountain passes, so you need to have more than just the bare minimum.

You'll put some strain on it. It depends on the weight that you are hauling and the speed that you are trying to reach.
If you take it easy and don't overload it, you should be OK. If you can make it out of the mountains in TN then the rest of it should be a breeze.

Get rid of some stuff and rent a 5X7 trailer. It's much easier to tow from my experience. It's not just a load issue as it is a safety issue. You need a heavy tow vehicle to haul a heavy load, and you don't have one. A heavy trailer will whip saw a light duty vehicle and you'll wish you've never been born when it happens.

That depends on what your hauling in it. If you have a bunch of packing peanuts, no problem, but if your filling it with crates of water bottles, it may weigh too much. Check your owner's manual, or consult with your local dealer, to see if it can handle the weight. If you need to, take it to a weigh station to get the exact weight so you know what your dealing with, rather than making an "educated" guess...
