I don't think she's UGLY, but she's not the prettiest woman I've seen. She's a very talented actress though!

Cate Blanchett has a unique look for sure. But what's "pretty" and what's "ugly" in Hollywood? Not ALL those Hollywood actresses are beautiful; some of them are pretty average looking while others are gorgeous and beauty truly IS all in the "eye of the beholder" Not sure that beauty and acting talent go hand-in-hand.
