Other than the blade on my multi-tool NO

And carrying something like you do is illegal in the UK so there is no way I could carry something like that ........... anything with a blade over 2 inches is classified as a weapon

Exceptions are when I'm working setting up beer festivals when I also carry a large lock knife and a small belt knife for different jobs, and security at the same festivals when I only carry the belt knife as it only has a 1 inch blade and is all I need for any jobs I would have to do.

Some people carry knives for malicious intent. Most, such as myself, carry a knife for a few, legal reasons- utility (such as opening boxes, cutting string, camping trips, etc), self defense, and job requirement (law officers and such.) I'd rather people carry knives than guns, so I'm all for it. There are many laws about knives, but none in the US that are directly against (except in schools and places where there are specific, company made bans) the carrying of a knife. Most states have a limit on the size of the knife, and how you are allowed to carry it (such as where in the car it can be, where on your person, etc.). Also, some knives are outright ban, like true switchblades. Knife related injuries are likely to be most common in the kitchen and work place. If you are talking about person to person, intentional injuries, inner cities likely have a high rate.

I carry a Swiss Utility Knife, it's really quite handy.

I also have a folding knife, but I usually don't have that one on me. I use it on the beach, long trips, stuff like that.
