Hello I have one of these 7x7 big max plastic sheds I took 2 of use about 45 min to put up the best thing to do is make a foundation out of wood for the shed or set it up on a hard surface not the ground unless its flat this my be your problem if shed is not flat you will have a hard time puting the roof up the metal tar accross the top have a space for the roof panels to push into we had to put up a step ladder on the outside take the panel up it into the metal strip and pick the panel up high as you can it will goto place then then you let it down it locks into place I have had mine 3 yrs moved it 2 times the are great dont leak at all and cheaper than wood shed wood rots plastic dont.

Well, you strike a chalk line then the first row of shingles goes on upside down then on top of that row place shingles going right way...continue up roof. Oh, did I mention you need felt paper down before all this?
