Well in order for us to answer that correctly you have to specify which cow. Otherwise, my answer will be NO IT DID NOT for it cannot. A cow cannot jump more than a few feet up so how can it jump a quarter of a million miles up survive the vacuum of space, heat of reentry in the atmosphere, and of course the fall?
