Individuals, groups or nations who deliberately use military firepower, knowing well full that their action may cause innocent loss of life but they go ahead and do it anyway to achieve their objective.

The USA is the Number 1 Terrorist in the world, followed closely by Israel.

I'd define a terrorist as someone who frightens the world with dastardly, murderous deeds so inhumane they cannot be justified by any moral or ethical standard.
There have been five major terrorists in the last seventy-five years:
a) Joseph Stalin massacred 10 million of his countrymen and died peacefully in his sleep;
b) Adolph Hitler gassed 6 million Jews and others he considered 'undesirable', then committed suicide to escape judgment of the international community;
c) Idi Amin killed 2 million people in Uganda and retired in comfortable exile;
d) Saddam Hussein slaughtered over a million Iraqis before being punished by a death squad, imposed by a 'puppet' Iraqi government installed by the Bush administration for its own greedy purposes;
e) George W. Bush has killed 675,000 Iraq citizens and 3,200 U.S. soldiers (so far) without being held accountable for any of his murderous actions. He and his cronies must be tried in an international court of law, and - if convicted - should be hanged just as he arranged for Hussein's hanging. -RKO- 04/08/07

a terrorist is someone who uses the threat of violence or violence to terrify people into giving into doing what the person who does it the terrorist wants. terrorism is term used when a group or groups use violence against civilians for ideological purposes . also someone involved in clandestine warfare with the intent to terrify a state into obedience to the desires of another. someone who specially targets a country with state sponsored terrorism to change the government of the country. also someone who uses clandestine means such as kidnapping and assassination of people in this country in order to influence the country.
