For some reason I can never get the bromine levels to stay at the correct levels for very long. They are either too high or too low. If I wanted to use the hot tub while the levels are too high will it harm my skin??

I've been in it high / low and I've not noticed any difference. In fact, with it low on bromine, you don't have the smell. Go ahead and hop in and enjoy. Just close the opening on the bromine feeder and give it a couple of days and it will be back to normal. Good luck
